Hello SPSNA members and friends! The 2013 show season is fast approaching. We have made it very easy for you to show your SPSNA-registered ponies this year with SPSNA.  We will have one double-judged show on Sunday, July 14th held at the Harford Equestrian Center in Bel Air, Maryland in conjunction with the Maryland Pony Breeders Show.  Part of the proceeds will go toward a donation to our longtime sponsors of the benefit show for St. Alban's Church.   That's right --- two judges, one show, one pony cleanup, and the opportunity to show in the other MPB pony performance classes held that day.  And to make it even more enticing, if you enter a halter (in-hand, breeding) class, you get one performance class free!  So set aside the date and join us for this stupendous show!  Entry forms are on the Show Page.  Enter early and often. :)

In addition, our final show of the year will be held on Labor Day at the Maryland State Fair.  The Fair has asked if we would share our day with the Fitting and Showing classes as well as several Short Stirrup and Performance classes, since the Shetlands have been such a draw in recent years.  What an opportunity to show the versatility, good temperament, and suitability of our SPSNA Shetlands for children and adults.  

Don't forget to pay your membership dues for the 2013 show season. Get your membership dues in now to make sure you accumulate all of your deserved points for the show season.
